I am so happy to finally show you all this beautiful wedding shot by one of our favourite photographers: Martin Condomines. We posted his very first wedding (his sister’s) on here 2 years ago and he has since become one of the French wedding photographers that we admire the most.

Elise & Guillaume decided to put their confidence in him for their countryside wedding. I love how they’ve really taken their time to organize all this, whilst also keeping a level head. For once, it’s the groom who tells us all about it ;)

“It was in March 2012, on Elise’s birthday to be precise. A little trip in one of Paris’s electric cars and then breakfast on a small boat at the Bois de Boulogne. The proposal was as it should be: will you marry me? Simple but effective!”

Martin Condomines created his own business: “Say Cheers.

“Say Cheers” was born of a desire to take the complete opposite of the traditional “Say Cheese!” photos. So kitsch poses amongst the lavender are out of the window; I want to tell the story of your wedding through spontaneous pictures.

Instead of an ordinary beauty, I’ve had the chance to share moments full of emotion with couples on their wedding day. Today, I am proud to have contributed in my own way to success of their beautiful day.

mariage conseils

1 – Really enjoy organizing your wedding (anything you don’t enjoy doing, don’t do it)

2 – Get as many people involved as you can – family and friends will love it.

3 – Don’t focus on the unnecessary details and stress about things like ‘are people going to like the ends of the benches?’, ‘are the flags well attached?’, because on the day of the wedding, this isn’t what counts.
